As NPD group revealed, the PS4 is the best-selling console for the last month. It managed to effectively beat both Switch and Xbox One. Even more than that, PS4 is, in fact, the best-selling console of the year thus far. So, Sony really has a reason to celebrate. Having that in mind, we should also add that all the sales records were very good for last month and, indeed, May 2018 was the best month for hardware sales ever since 2011. That's truly amazing!
Speaking of games themselves, State of Decay 2 took the #1 spot for the best-selling game of the month. It managed to beat the PS4 giants God of War and Detroit: Become Human along the way.
