It appears that we might see Borderlands: Game of the Year edition on Xbox One and PS4

Borderlands is one hell of a game and everyone should know that by this point. We were wondering what an epic feeling it would be to play this gem on the current generation consoles. Well, according to Korean Game Rating Board, that will soon become reality.


Nothing has been confirmed as of yet but, according to this list, Borderlands: Game of the Year edition will come to both PS4 and Xbox One at some point.


This Game of the Year edition of Borderlands was not a part of Borderlands: The Handsome Collection but, nonetheless, it did get a release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC as well. The Handsome Collection bundle only included Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2. I have to admit, that's not really handsome for a "handsome collection".


We will see whether this becomes a reality or not. If we remind ourselves that Borderlands 3 has been delayed, we could conclude that, if nothing else, it might suggest that these rumors are true after all.
