Final Fantasy XV is getting new chunks of content next year
A new DLC is in the works for 2019.
As Square Enix just announced, the team is working on 4 new DLC episodes for FFXV and they are set to come next year. This news comes as no surprise as the boys and girls from Square already confirmed that we are going to see an extended development period for this game. At that point, we didn't know what they have in store but, as it stands now, we just can't wait to get a taste of all this new content for ourselves!
Just like the previous DLC, we will be able to see all these new innovations from the perspective of 4 (different) characters - Aranea, Ardyn, Noctis and Luna. We don't have the exact release date yet so we are not really sure when to expect all this but, my personal bet is the first half of 2019. We shall see if I'm right!
Also, that's not everything that Square prepared for us just yet as they also announced a crossover content that will include both Final Fantasy XV and Shadows of the Tomb Raider. This sounds really amazing as well but, no further details have been shared as of yet. We will surely keep you updated though!
Even though it will be a long time until we get this content, maybe you can extract some more life from the current content in the game? And if you really want to stay in the Final Fantasy universe, there's always Final Fantasy XIV as well!
