Capcom announces the release date for Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection
There will be some bonuses for people who pre-order their copies as well.
We wrote about this collection bundle a while ago but, now we finally have the exact day as well. As Capcom announced, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is coming to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC on May 29. Make sure to mark that day on your calendars, folks!
There will be a grand total of 12 different games coming with this collection pack and they are: Street Fighter, Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II: Champion Edition, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Street Fighter III, Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, as well as Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
Street Fighter II: Turbo, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and Street Fighter Alpha III will also have a full support for online gameplay while the whole Anniversary Collection will include plenty of additional content that will surely spark some nostalgia flashbacks in the older gamers who remember these titles back in their glory days.
And, that's not all yet, Capcom also announced that anyone who pre-orders these games will also get their free copy of Ultra Street Fighter IV (the digital edition that is) and the folks who are gaming on Switch will also get their copy of Super Street Fighter II: The Tournament Battle. How generous!
