Origins had a great run ever since the initial release but, if Ubi is to be concerned, Bayek didn't say his last word just yet.

Curse of the Pharaohs was originally supposed to be released one week ago (March 6) but, after a small delay, the expansion is finally in front of us. And that's not all as we are also given a very memorable and yet somewhat disturbing launch trailer. Feel free to take a look down below:

The DLC is bringing us a slightly different campaign compared to the original one. We can see Bayek going back into the Valley of the Dead where he will definitely need to get his hands dirty as plenty of reanimated rulers will be waiting to release him from the curse of flesh. Equally, we should also expect a new map that is "full of surprises" according to Ubi's own words and a map that will allow us to explore the ancient temples of Luxor and Karnak. On top of that, the level cap has been raised to 55 and we are promised a challenge that will make even the most skilled players scratch their heads looking for the right approach.

Curse of the Pharaohs is out and it can be downloaded as a part of the original game's Season Pass. If you don't have one, you will still be able to buy the expansion as a standalone product.

Make sure to check out the video above and don't miss out on the full post compiled by Ubi either.
