I have to say, whenever I think of doctors, hospitals and...that sort of thing, I always get anxious. Probably because nobody likes being ill and having to stay there. Yet, when I think of games with this kind of theme, I realize that I don't mind those, they're usually very fun, in fact. Dr. Mario was the first "doctor" game I played and I really enjoyed it. And the original Theme Hospital was also very fun.

Two Point Hospital is another medical simulator and, although it's still in development, we won't have to wait very long to become the new managers of our own hospitals in a true Sim-like fashion. We will be able to work our way through the construction process itself and then, as our hospitals start working, we will soon need to take care of the other administrative tasks as well. Because, really, if the hospital is not functioning properly, who would ever want to go there in the first place?

The developers have compiled their first official gameplay teaser where they explain some of the basic mechanics and they also explain what the players can expect from a little closer perspective. Make sure to watch that video right below:

Two Point Hospital is a spiritual successor to Theme Hospital (that we mentioned above) and, although it still doesn't have the official release date, we know it's coming near the end of 2018 and it will be released on PC only. If it turns out to be at least half as good as Theme Hospital was, we will surely have a good blast.
