Ubisoft reveals contents of the Far Cry 5 season pass.
Free copy of Far Cry 3 included for PC, console players get Far Cry 3 Classic Edition
Ubisoft have released details of the content of the Season Pass for its upcoming shooter, Far Cry 5. The pass is available as part of the Far Cry 5 Gold Edition or can be purchased separately if you have another version of the game.
The season pass gives three adventures, described as having a "unique Far Cry twist":
- Hours of Darkness: Players will travel back in time to Vietnam to battle against Việt Cộng soldiers.
- Dead Living Zombies: Players will face hordes of zombies in multiple b-movie scenarios.
- Lost on Mars: Players will leave Earth behind to go toe-to-claws with Martian arachnids.
As well as getting three extra adventures, Ubisoft are also giving all Season Pass holders on console the single player content from Far Cry 3 Classic Edition. PC owners however will be given the full version of Far Cry 3.
Far Cry 3 Classic Edition will let players revisit Rook Island and encounter one of the franchise's most notorious villains, Vaas. Players must explore the tropical island to find and save thier friends, who are being held captive.
