Ubisoft reveals the system requirements for the PC version of Far Cry 5
Long story short - without a strong PC, there is no way you will be able to enjoy this game.
Ubisoft has just released both the minimum and the recommended system requirements for the upcoming Far Cry 5 and, omg, these specs are brutal. I can safely say that this game will push even the strongest hardware to its limits.
As the company noted, the latest entry in the Far Cry franchise will support plenty of different settings - it will support the "classic" 720p but, if you have a godlike PC, you will actually be able to run it in a stunning 4K setup and with a frame rate of 60 FPS. The PC version of the game will also have some additional features that will allow you to lock your frame rate as well as the resolution scaling. There will also be a video memory meter that will allow you to fine-tune your performance in greater detail. The benchmark feature will be added for that same purpose as well. These benchmark tools also support multiple GPUs and, as it was stated by Ubi themselves, that should "significantly improve performance" as well.
