Borderlands 2 Captain Scarlett DLC released on October 16th

The first Borderlands 2 settings DLC will be released on 16th October, entitled "Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty" Gearbox have announced (via AP.
The pirate themed DLC focuses on "Captain Scarlett" and her band of rogues amidst a massive desert backdrop and shanty town called "Oasis".
"You can sense the pirate theme across the landscape, even though there's no water," said Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford. "It's all dried up. It feels more like Tatooine than an ocean. These bandits have really embraced the pirate lifestyle, and there's the legend of a treasure. That kicks off this whole adventure that the players can go on."
New Enemies will include Giant sand worms, and the expansion will also feature new vehicles such as a skiff type vehicle and new currency called Seraph Crystals.
The expansion will cost 800 Microsoft points or (possibly) £7.99 for PC and PS3 owners.
