The official US Microsoft Store is listing the Kinect for $149.99, which backs recent suggestions by retailers that the price point is about $150.
The official listing also notes what is contained in the box: Kinect sensor for Xbox 360, Power supply cable, User's manual and Wi-Fi extension cable, plus it also says you need 6 feet (1.8 meters) between you and your television for play space.
