Vivendi have launched a new UK Website, the first of a number of localised European websites which will be launched over the next 3 months.
Vivendi Universal Games International today announced the launch of its new website. The UK site is the first to be launched and can be found at www.vugames-europe.com.
UK Marketing Director for Vivendi Universal Games, George Georgiou said: "We are very excited by the launch of this new site, which consolidates our wide range of brands and franchises within a single web destination."
"The strategic aims of the site are communication and community." said Louise Best, UK Web Manager. "The clear focus is to optimise both the number of users and frequency of site return by providing content that is relevant."
The site features hundreds of downloads including playable demos, trailers, fan sites kits, wallpapers and screensavers. In addition, the site offers online support info and downloadable patches.
In the next 3 months, localised versions will be launched for the French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Nordic territories. An Asia-Pacific version will launch early 2004.
