Ubisoft have changed their logo, according to them the new logo:
"Symbolizes, among other things, our forward-looking, energetic approach to business and our commitment to players around the world. It is a statement about our increasingly recognized position in today's entertainment industry.
And it is also a reflection of the core strategy that has driven our growth all along."
