HomeLAN - How easy it is for game developers to convert their games to multiple platforms (PC, Xbox, PS2, GameCube) using the current Gamebryo engine?
Lars Bishop - It's actually very simple. The Gamebryo API is identical across all platforms, except for those places where the developer wants to take advantage of a specific platform's unique hardware feature. So the only modifications that need to be made are in that area. Gamebryo's tools make it easy to optimize content for a specific platform, so the artist needs to make only minimal content changes.
