diving through fences
- First of all it is not really a cheat it's a glitch.
do dive through a fence run really fast at the fence and it should break but somtimes if your lucks good you can dive through anyway.
but when the fence breaks do the fast running dive again and you should get through if your luck is not so good you might have to try a couple more times.
Good cop points
- An easy way to get good cop points is to search random padestrians foe illegal weapons and drugs (done be clicking left analog stick + B). It might take a while but you'll usually find people with drugs in groups.
Hint:
- To get another chance to gain upgrades just go back to the previous Episode and then scroll through to the end where it says BONUS CRUISIN' and just go back onto it and try again.

Increase car size (must be inside a car first) - DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, A
Display Nick's position - A, B, X, Y
Unlock Bonus Movie
- To unlock the bonus movie, get all three endings (poor, average, and best) by successfully passing all of the episodes, including the alternate ones. This extra movie is just for fun, and it shows Masterson and Nick doing something silly at the Gulag Club
