Disco lighting:
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter DISCO.
High pitched co-driver
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter HELIUM.
High pitched co-driver:
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter HELIUM.
Low gravity
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter LUNAR.
Master code
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter EVOS. This will unlock all the Extreme bonus cars and Expert mode.
Motion blurred graphics:
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter MOBLUR.
Overhead view
Go to the "Archives" and enter the "Secrets" section. Press X to enter a code, and enter SATALITE.
Rear-drive cars:

Reversed controls:

Swaying objects:
