Reticent Retribution is a 2D top down twin stick shooter.
It is presented in 720p screen resolution and runs at 60 FPS.
You can use the keyboard and/or an XBOX 360 controller.
You are a survivor on the moon.
You must blast wave after wave of aliens and space tech to progress to even harder difficulty.
Eventually the war will normalize and you will have tech of your own to use.
I theorize that the purpose of your endless quest it to burn in the truth that the war is already over.
But then maybe your part in it is just beginning, do you have to earn your right to leave this fenced in mad house?
Are you really the last one left? I bet Earth still exists somewhere.
The play area is one screen with no additional scrolling.
You have 8 way movement and aiming.
You have one gun.
There are 3 enemy types.
Jungle terrain blocks all movement.
If you are run over just once by an enemy you will not progress to the next level.
Your job to blast everything you see. Only by eliminating all enemies on screen can you progress.
There is no sound in this game. Play whatever music you like.
If you can find my latest monitor drop use your gun at just the right spot (right edge, middle of) to activate a river of flame that will continue to burn until you fire your weapon somewhere else. The fire will eliminate the biological enemy but have no effect on the robots.
