Pawnbarian is a card-flinging rogue-like puzzler, in which you use chess moves to hack and slash through hordes of enemies. It's very easy to pick up, but hard to master.
You'll have to carefully plan your moves, make use of various effects, and strategize around all sorts of enemy traits. As you get through each 15-30 minute run of unforgiving dungeon crawling, you'll unlock more characters with different rulesets that mix up the gameplay, as well as new locations with fresh dangers waiting to be conquered.
