What elements, gameplay or otherwise, best separate Sudeki from other console RPGs such as the Final Fantasy and Shenmue series?
The focus on real-time action is probably the largest difference. Most great RPGs are going to have an epic and involving story, interesting characters for you to grow and evolve, and a world that challenges and fascinates the player. Sudeki draws you further into the story by keeping all elements of the story unfolding without pause and all action happening in real time under your control.
