GameMill Entertainment have just unveiled Flu Games’ The Walking Dead: Destinies with a trailer that I would describe with just one word – lackluster. They really should’ve polished the whole game a bit more before showing it off to the public.

The game is based off the popular AMC adaption of The Walking Dead comic book series, promising to be a narrative-heavy title that lets you rewrite the events of seasons 1-4 with your actions. So, for example, if your favorite character died, you will be able to change their fate in this game which, sure enough, sounds cool on paper.

The trailer looks horrible but I still hope the final product will be much better than what is shown here. It looks very rough at the moment. The graphics are a couple of generations behind at this point, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but in this case, it really doesn’t look good. I do hope they will polish them by the time it launches, though. Because, really, The Walking Dead fans and the gaming community deserve much more.

The Walking Dead: Destinies is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. We don’t have a release date at the moment but we know it will cost $49.99.
