The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will launch on May 12, 2023
The sequel to Breath of the Wild finally has a name.

Nintendo have dropped a trailer and the release date for the highly anticipated The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sequel - Tears of the Kingdom. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023.
The trailer begins with some traditional wall carvings that are now a well-established part of the Zelda universe. We then see our hero, Link, as he goes through an ornate pair of double doors and freefalls into the great beyond. We then see a series of short snippets full of world-traversing action before the trailer concludes with a brand new logo and title. Both of them look amazing, to say the least!
