Blizzard have announced the details for the sixth Anniversary event for Overwatch and they are planning to shake things up with a new Remix theme.

In the next three weeks, the Anniversary Remix event will take us back to the classic events from Overwatch‘s history. You’ll get to unlock all the classic skins from these events as well as new “remixed” versions of  Legendary skins. These include the new versions of Evermore Reaper, Demon Genji, Nano D.Va, Mage Mercy, and more.

The first week, which is called Volume 1, will cover events like Halloween Terror, Winter Wonderland, and Summer Games. These events will replace the usual events this year, which will give Blizzard enough time to tweak Overwatch 2‘s PvP in the upcoming beta. The game modes in these events like Lucio Ball, Archives Missions, and Mei’s Snowball Challenge will all return during these Remix volumes, which is super awesome.

Volume 1 of the Overwatch Anniversary Remix event will start off tomorrow, April 5, and will run through until April 25. You can check out more details on the forum. Keep playing Overwatch, we should hopefully get Overwatch 2 soon enough.
