One of the titles that got a lot of attention in the gaming media is a wordy puzzler called "Scribblenauts Showdown". An interesting mix of cartoony graphics and the challenge that comes with these mini-games was enough to make this game the one that should be counted on in the future.
While the rest of the world still have to wait for their respective versions, Scribblenauts Showdown is available in the US and it can be purchased as we speak. There are plenty of different challenges to tackle in this game and (certainly) the most interesting one is the Showdown mode. In this type of gameplay, 4 different players get to participate in an all-around card battle where each competitor needs to find his/her own way to gain advantage over the other rivals in order to emerge victorious at the end of the battle.
If you're into more casual play styles, you can always try the Wordy mode where you can use one out of 35 000 different words to outplay your rival. Lastly, the game offers another interesting mode and that is the Speedy mode where you need to race against time in order to complete your objective(s) and win the game.
