Konami of Europe kicks off its 2005 Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament in June, with fans of the brilliant Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2005 for GameBoy Advance competing for a chance to take on winners from all over the globe in the grand final in Tokyo.

Keen duelists will be invited to pit their skills against rival Yu-Gi-Oh! fans in Virgin Megastore branches up and down the country, and will use the gameBoy game's link mode to battle through a series of knock-out rounds. From each regional heat, two winners will be invited to a UK final held at Virgin Megastore's Oxford Street branch on July 2nd. Here, the eight finalists will duel it out - with the winner and a guardian winning an expenses-paid flight to Japan for the grand final against finalists from Japan, the US and all across Europe, with huge prizes on offer the Champion of Champions
