St. Patrick's Day

On St. Patrick's Day (March 17), when you pet your puppy or kitten, clover-shapes will pop up
Slalom Cones

On a walk, if you see cones on the road, slalom through them without touching any and you will receive a present.
Change the Date

At the end of the day, you can change the 3DS's system date to a day ahead and you can do things like competitions, tricks, etc. then save and switch it back to the current date. The game saves all data from future dates.
